Please note that on Wednesday 18th September between 1pm and 6pm, our practice team are attending essential staff training necessary for maintaining safe standards of care for registered patients. During this period your usual GP Practice service has been diverted to 2 physical GP hub locations across the borough and a home visiting service.
For routine enquiries and/or to schedule appointments such as follow ups, immunisations or long term condition reviews, we kindly request you call back tomorrow during our regular opening hours when our team will be back to assist you.
If you require immediate medical advice or assistance, please hold the line. You will be diverted to our care navigator to assist you further and aim to provide you with an appointment where appropriate which may include a face to face hub appointment, a telephone call back from a clinician. In case of an emergency or if you need urgent medical attention outside of our practice hours, please dial NHS 111 for immediate assistance.
