We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.
The practice believes that prevention is better than cure and runs a number of special clinics to keep you in the best of health. Please contact reception to book an appointment for these clinics or to enquire about our services. These include:

Cervical smears
These are strongly recommended at three yearly intervals for all women up to the age of 65. Most smears are taken by the practice nurse but, if you prefer, any of the doctors will carry out the test.
Phlebotomy (blood tests)
We currently have a phlebotomist who takes blood Monday-Friday, by appointment only.
Family planning including IUCD and contraceptive implants
The practice has a trained family planning Doctor. Please contact reception for clinic times.

8 week baby check
These clinics are held by appointment only, please contact reception for an appointment.
Chlamydia screening
The practice offers free and confidential chlamydia screening to all men and women aged 16 to 24 years. The test involves the patient providing a sample of urine which is sent for analysis.

Health visitors
The telephone number for Merton Health Visitors is 0330 053 9264 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm except Bank Holidays).
Clients can speak to a health visitor for support and advice during office hours.
