To request an urgent appointment on the day please call the surgery 1st thing in the morning Monday to Friday.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.
Please be aware this will be a telephone appointment, and the doctor will then arrange a time for you to come into the practice.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment in advance during opening times:
- phone us on 020 8542 2827 from 8:30am-12pm and 2:30pm-6pm
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or Patient Access to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination

Telephone consultations
We offer telephone consultations. These are for patients who feel that their problem can be dealt with, without having to see a doctor face to face.
Don’t forget, our practice nurses are also happy to give you advice over the telephone.
To minimise disruption to the surgery please ring for non-urgent advice and test results between 12pm and 2pm on 020 8542 2827.
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Contacting you
The practice has a text messaging service.
We may contact you, if you have consented to receiving text messages from us.
Please ensure we have your correct mobile phone number.
If you wish to update your details, then you may do so online. Alternatively, you may speak to reception to update your contact details or if you wish to opt out of this service.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- using the GP online system: Patient Access
- phone us on 020 8542 2827 during opening times
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to surgery please telephone 020 8542 2827 between 8:30am and 10am.
If you are seeking a home visit from your GP please be aware of the following:
- Home visits are very time consuming.
- In the time it takes to visit one patient at your home, your GP can see several patients at the surgery.
- Home visits restrict the range of examinations that can be carried out by the GP.
A GP home visit is recommended as the best way of giving medical opinion in cases involving: the terminally ill; patients dying of cancer; the truly housebound for whom travel to the surgery would cause deterioration in their medical condition.
